How to Order

We'll take it from there—engraving, cutting, applying your patch, and preparing your finished hats for shipment.

Logo & Artwork

For the best engraving results, vector artwork such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF is preferred. High-resolution PNG files may also work.

Don't have the perfect file? Send us the best version you have. We'll review your artwork before production and contact you if we see anything that may affect the engraving.

Because laser engraving works differently from printing, very fine details, gradients, photographs, or extremely small text may need to be simplified for the best result.

Materials & Construction

Each custom hat starts with a genuine Richardson 112 trucker cap, featuring a structured six-panel construction, pre-curved visor, and breathable mesh back.

Your patch is made from premium leatherette, precision laser engraved and cut for clean, detailed edges, then securely heat applied to the hat for a durable, professional finish.

Because leatherette colors and textures vary, the appearance of the engraving may differ slightly between materials—giving each finished hat its own unique character.

Shipping & Returns

Each custom hat is made to order, including engraving, precision cutting, and applying your leatherette patch. Production typically takes 5–7 business days before shipment.

Once your order is complete, it will ship using the method selected at checkout. Delivery times will depend on the shipping method you choose, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Because each hat is custom made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your finished hat, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
