All orders are made-to-order, crafted just for you. Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time, but we’ll always keep you informed if delays occur.
Shipping Methods
We offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders. If you need your items sooner, we provide affordable upgrade options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days
- Next Day Delivery: Available on select orders — weight limits apply
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. We may use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the fastest and most reliable option for your location.
If you don’t see a shipping option that fits your needs—especially for larger orders requiring expedited delivery—please contact us. We’re happy to provide a custom shipping quote to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
PO Box Addresses: Please note that some expedited shipping options are unavailable for PO Box addresses. If you select an express service and enter a PO Box, we’ll reach out to adjust your delivery method if needed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status in real time.
Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping is free. If you select a faster shipping method at checkout, flat-rate fees will apply based on the service level you choose. All available options and pricing will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
