Returns
We do not accept returns as a general policy. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re always happy to make it right. Please contact us here and we’ll do our best to help.
If a return is required to resolve the issue, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to place a new order once your exchange is approved. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on engraved or personalized items. If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to reach out before purchasing—we’re happy to help clarify anything.
Refunds
Once your return (if applicable) is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take several business days to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact us.
