We recommend hand-washing to preserve the powder coating and straw. While the engraving won’t wear off, it’s best to avoid dishwashers for long-term durability.

Our tumblers are not microwave-safe, and although some may be labeled top-rack dishwasher safe, we suggest hand-washing to protect the finish.

Yes! All of our tumblers include both a lid and straw. Owala tumblers feature an integrated straw and flip lid as part of their unique design.

Most engraved tumbler orders ship within 2-3 Business Days. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes using standard USPS services. However, some expedited shipping options (like Express or Next Day Delivery) aren’t available for PO Box addresses. If you select an express option with a PO Box, we’ll contact you to adjust your shipping method.
